Default How is your 6th generation transmission?

I just got back my car with new rebuild transmission today. When I drive around, the transmission is still having the whining noise like my first one. Does that mean my tranny will be bad again in the future?

How is your transmission? Did you hear any noise at all.

Also, for those who complained the transmission problem before, what are your status? Just curious here.

Are you just asking for Auto tranny owners? I've got a 98 EX with manual and the tranny is still great. 75K miles.

Eh.. 108K miles, original timing belt too (no money. . .)

It's...alive. Automatic, btw. I'll admit, I've beaten on it, so......

It slips (about 500K/RPM slip) almost every gear until it's warm...

Now I need $3000.

Yes. Mine is automatic and seems Honda transmission is fine with manual.

Yeah, but you're not using an Accord transmission are you? If you're H22A, then no. Therefore, you don't count
