Some people have different taste. I, like many other people are not really into the stupid americans sport of drag racing. Anyone can put their foot to the floor.. whoopie doo. I would rather have something that can turn while going fast. And look which one of us has to have 2 cars. I can have my DD and my fun twisties/scca car all in one. While you have to have a separate one. But whatever floats your boat.

And just because we also like to be different. I see plenty of rednecks rolling around in 5.0 rustangs and the similar. Why would I want to add to them. Yeah, unfortunately you see plenty of ricers rolling around in accords. But you wont see me going along w/them nor giving them any attention.

 

No I don't NEED a second car, I choose to have one to keep the miles down on the TA. Simple as that. I get 24 mpg in the city, but thats nothing like the LS1. My buddies 02 firehawk gets 30 mpg on the highway with his 6 speed. On the way back from houston he got 35 mpg. And what do you mean anyone can stomp the gas and go straight. Yes you're correct, but line your accord up next to me and I bet I get to where we're going first. I know there are accords that will pound my ass, but they are few and far between and only the most ambitious owners have them. So if I lose to an accord, I take it with a grain of salt because thats likely the first and last time it'd ever happen. I've raced a 98 Prelude H22 with 7.5 psi turbo, and put 3 cars on him. My car is a 95 Trans am M6 with 847 cam, hooker LT's, cut out, CAI and thats it. So I haven't lost to one yet, but im sure my day is coming.

And whats this about rednecks. Since when did V8 drivers get that redneck rep. If thats the case, why is it that I see white trash driving most of the accord's that are riced out??? No offense to the guy's that have nice accords, but at least from where im from most accord's and cavaliers I see are white trash that can't afford a better car and decide to wrench on what they have. And one last note, if you wanna hang corners I have a buddy in a 96 WS6 that'll play with ya . Maybe you have a nice accord, and I give you props for that, but stay the **** off my decision to drive what I drive.
