no joints is def a plus...more pieces means more parts that can move and move under less pressure...if u only have one piece either it all moves or it doesn't move...and it takes a lotta work to flex a thick one piece
does the tie bar actually hlp handling...heard ties are for looks and swaybars do all the work...when u took off ur tie bar, did u notice? other than getting rid of alignment probs

one thing to keep an eye on is that hose that runs over the strut tower bar. check it in a week to see if it's not being pinched or rubbed against.
dc sports, a few years back, had to discontinue the 6th Gen V6 bars because they were breaking fuel lines.

I talked to my local mechanic today and he said that the rear tie bar will eventually make the camber go out of wack. He said that I can either get up on an alignment machine and see what the values are for $20, or I can just wait and see if it messes up the tires.
What kind of signs do I need to look for if it's wearing out the tires too fast?

well one thing you can do is from the rear of your car, step back a few feet and see if you can see the back tires kinda like go in.
The top part of the tire will seem like its going into the car and the bottom of the tire will stick out.
Sort of like when you lower your car alot and you can see that it needs a camber adjustment.
Also look for tire wear on the inside part.
The tires will ride more on the inner side then fully flat.
I bought new tires in March and already it looks like I need to get new rear tires.
even though the fronts are still fully threaded.
I have a pic of what the tire looks like gimmie one sec....

Anyways, I plan on driving it for a week, and middle week next week I'll have my local shop throw it up on the alignment machine and tell you guys the values it gives me
