I had the exact same problem with mine and it turned out to be a bad bulb. They said out of the the 200 plus kits they sold they had three bad bulbs but glady replaced it

Hmm, did you check the fuses on the factory fuse compartment? I had similar problems, I upped the amps on the fuses for the headlights.
