Oem pad vs carbon metallic pads?

OEM is organic by the way. And I love Hawk HPS over AEM's. AEM's are a bit better than stock but Hawk HPS is way better in my opinion.

a local shop "exact motorsports" recomended akimoto brake pads, anyone familiar with this brand?
