the rear toe in is to cause some drag making the car more stable, but the accord has so much understeer to begin with that setting to 0 will help with tire wear and very slight improvement on reducing understeer.
camber specs are 0 in the front +/- 1 degree, and -0.5 degrees +/- 1 in the rear.. once again, the rear has the half a degree for safety.. it's a family car so it's meant to go straight most of the time.. for those who drive 'sporty', and want to keep the alignment relatively safe for tires.. you can run -1 in the front while maintaining the -0.5 in the rear.
caster is about 2.5 degrees.. it uses shims for adjustment, but the minimal adjustment that can be done on it, it's not really worth messing with.

I do have this strange feeling that I am rubbing a bit, I havent heard anything but I may be feeling some rubbing. Is there anyway to tell other than feeling around the tirewell?

I figured they did so when I had it lowered. (But that was like 20k miles ago)
Last year, a drunk driver took off the entire back end when it was parked (over 11k damage). I thought they had it alligned then as well (I hope so). I've only put like 5K on it since then. (Which reminds me, I should post pics of the accident)
I'm wondering whether the accident may be the cause, but it drive fine and looks fine.
I'll get it checked this week and let you all know.

once your car is in an accident, especially 11k worth of damage, it's quite possible that your suspension geometry has changed causing the abnormal wear..
When I'm in Maryland in a week or so, I'll have the body shop that put my car together check the frame. I hope there isn't any damage there.
As I mentioned, the camber/caster/toe appreared perfect. With the accident, they had to repair the fame a bit all the way to the back seats (The drunk took off the rear of the car).
Oh well, I'm driving to Montreal tomorrow, hope I don't have any problems.

i actually have my accord set at 1/16" toe out in the rear to help with rotation.. but for best tire wear, 0 is good..
