Well $23k is a lot of money to shovel into a car. I bought my car, swapped the motor, had the motor fully built, suspension, and rims done on my car for well under what you are looking at. Granted I need a paint job but the car is far from ugly and it runs 13.9 all motor in the 1/4.

I guess I just don't see the point of spending all that money on heavy crappy exterior mods when a simple clean look is much more appealing.

it's 30k by the way. I've been saving for about 4 months now.

I know that the lip/drop look is nice, just not what I'm going for. I've found that whenever starting a project, with anything not just cars, that you generally end up spending 20% more than you expected to. That goal includes engine/tranny internal upgrades, turbos, custom interior, body work, paint, suspension mods, . I think it's a modest fund goal, and i may end up putting more into it. I refuse to half-ass my car.

What I was saying before ya'll flamed the bejeezus outta me is that it will be cookie cutter, it will be fast and furious-like. It just won't be the same as the rest of em. It is possible to have a unique ricer in my opinion. Just gotta be creative.
