Are your tune ups up to date??
If not,.. I suggest you start there,... then check fuel, spark, etc.

i do all the normal tuneups i jsut did my timing belt and waterpump and all the seals and belts and everything else it needed at the time and i thought it would stop after that but it has not stopped sp thats why i am asking for some help
