ok i'm tryin to flush my radiator... but i can't seem to twist off the screw thing... i can only turn it like an 1/8 before the metal bar stops it from turning and i can't semm to pop it out either... any suggestions?? thanks

 

If you're talking about your radiator cap, try pushing down while turning, there's a spring in there to keep pressure on the sealing surface.

 

to flush the radiator there should be a twisting screw at the bottom of the radiator. if u want to open it u have to twist it like you're trying to tighten it...to close it you need to twist it like you are trying to open the valve. hope that didn't sound too confusing.

 

Don't mess with the radiator twisty, you can break those pet cocks off so easily. Just pull the lower hose off, so much easier.
