Check the more likely culprits first.
1. Whats your coolant level?
2. How old is it?
3. Check your Thermostat

Have you changed your coolant recently? If not, it may be time to get some new fluid in the car. Also, check the radiator hoses for any kinks or twists that may cut off coolant flow. Make sure there's no air in the coolant system ... here's how to "bleed" it. After the car has sat overnight, take off the radiator cap and start the car. Turn the heat and fan on high. Let car run until the radiator fan has come on twice. If there's any air in the system, it will work it's way out and come to the top of the radiator.

Or you could just open the union bolt until a steady stream comes out with no bubbles, and close it.

Maybe your leaking antifreeze?
Have you noticed that?

Or maybe your water pump is dying?

Then maybe your radiator is fouled. You might have some luck with SuperFlush or something like that? If not, then maybe a new radiator.

You need to pressure test it then if that's the case. You need to find a tool that looks like this:

and see if the pressure holds up and doesn't drop. Autozone maybe able to rent you one at no cost to you, but I'm not sure. Here's a getto way of doing it by scrounging some items.

By the way, my father's 1992 Accord had the same problem and basically the front top half of the radiator had busted a seal, and was leaking there.

That tool helps you look for leaks. It doesn't test whether the inside is full of crud; which would block the heat transfer but maybe not cause a leak.
