You need to pressure test it then if that's the case. You need to find a tool that looks like this:



and see if the pressure holds up and doesn't drop. Autozone maybe able to rent you one at no cost to you, but I'm not sure. Here's a getto way of doing it by scrounging some items.

By the way, my father's 1992 Accord had the same problem and basically the front top half of the radiator had busted a seal, and was leaking there.
