Has anyone done or seen the rear disc brakes from a 6th gen Ex 4 bolt put on a 6th gen Lx with rear drums? Is this easy to do? Where might I find the parts?

 

It's been done. Best option is salvage yard for the parts. It's a cosmetic mod (and a good one at that...I hate my rear drums), don't expect any gains really. You need the EX rear knuckle, rotors (or new ones) calipers and pads, brake lines, ex ebrake and cable and if you want to go all out get the EX proportioning valve and MC.

I'd like to do it, but unless I get the parts real cheap, I can't justify the cost. I haven't wanted to do it bad enough yet to go hunting for parts. I found a couple online from salvage yards, but never did it.
