I do have Neuspeed Race springs...and they can tend to be a little harsh sometimes. Other times, such as freeway driving, they are awesome.

Teins basic are 712 shipped. I heard that Apex WS coilover was good. I've had Tokico RAK full coilover for a long long time and it handles really well.

If you do any autox or road racing then you WILL need a coilover type system.

If you dont do any autox or road racing and are just looking for a more sporty feel and a lower drop then a shock/spring setup will do fine.

Coilover setups:
Ground Control with custom rates and Koni Yellows
Skunk2/koni
Tein, etc...

Spring/Shock:
Neuspeed, eibach, h&r, etc......

coilovers suck. The spring rate isnt set for the varying drop height. Springs = much better.

I don't have any experience to speak by, so I don't really have a leg to stand on but...

It doesn't matter how much pre-load you have on a LINEAR spring, it's still the same spring and behaves just the same. Adjusting the height on a coilover is not going to change how the spring behaves; it will change how the car handles because of camber/toe changes and where the CG of the car sits...

correct me if I'm wrong but the Koni uses perches. You can move the perch around once you've dissasembled everything...

H&R Sport Springs 1.75 F/ 1.5 R = 155.00 Shipped
Neuspeed Koni Yellow 475.00 + 22.00 = 497.00
That brings me to = 652.00 in total

Now I have been looking on eBay and I came across this
JDM Apexi Apex-i WS coilover coilovers Accord 90-97
JDM Apexi Apex-i WS coilover coilovers Accord 90-97 = 650.00 + 50.00
Which brings me to = 700.00 in total
What is going to suit me better, the full coilover suspension or the individual spring & shock combo? Which would feel better? There is only a 50.00 buck difference in budget. I really don’t know what to do, can anyone give me some opinions on what I should do what setup would be better. Anything will help also if anyone has the apexi ws dampers on there car how do they feel. Also if this is a good deal thanks anything is much appreciated

Dude, your going to spend more time driving from your house to the mechanic.
You know how NY roads are..........................

Put it this way, I hit a hole on the GCP........again.
now I need to do my rear alignment and i have my stock suspension.
