If you have a fix for a problem, post it in the DIY forum. Pm the person with the problem with your idea. Make a new thread. There's no reason to bring back a thread started by a member that is no longer on these boards anymore. Hell, the guy has probably sold the car by now.

Hey Jim,

I read all your posts on P1457 and changed everything on the emission line (CVS, selenoid valve, EVAP canister) and re-set the light with the OBDII scanner. However, after driving it for 2 days, the light came back on. Any suggestion what else to do. There is a Honda bulletin that the PCM needs to be changed. Please see the following link:

I looked this up, this is like a $600 part. Any suggestions before I go that far.

 

I wasn't aware of that TSB. But there's a lot of other things to ckeck out (including the EVAP purge valve in the engine compartment). They're listed in the Helm shop manual.
