why spend $20 on some plug per piece if it just going to give you 1-2 MAX? just get some OEM ones or some NGK ones. I probably wouldnt pay more than $20 for all the plugs. OEM wires are fine, unless your going to make the engine bay look a little colorful/cleaner

NGK all the WAY! They are probably the best spark plugs out there...IMO. I just stuck with them because people said that they have always had a good experience with them. I have some MSD spark wires and they have worked perfectly.

Main reason I got Denso Irridum plugs was they are garenteed for 100,000miles. don't have to worry about those bad boys for a while. I have Taylor wires currently and I'm not impressed at all with them. I'm waiting for the spring to put the Crane Came plug wires in my car. you can't beat the price on them, 34.99 for the set cause they are not making them anymore.

I payed 5 bucks a piece for my BOSCHs @ NAPA so $25.00 with tax. And yes the wires brighten up the engine bay so I agree with you on that. :a:

If you're gonna get platinums, stick with NGK, infact if you're gonna change the plugs, stick with NGK. Why put German plugs(Bosch) in a Japanese car? Stick with NGK!

On my 1993 Accord EX...

Spark Plugs:
NGK ZFR6F gapped at .043in (or 1.1mm). These are 1 step colder than recommended ZFR5F.

Ignition Wires:
Always measure resistance with ohmmeter of each wire and check that there is no large variance.

Blue NGK 8mm wires:
NGK #: RC-HE62 Stock #: 9537

When I pulled the 5s for the first time, they looked pretty burnt. My other cars -- Nissan and Mitsubishi -- recommend 6s, so I tried them in my Accord. I haven't had any problems with the 6's fouling.
