lol, yea, the more ricey the more wheeled horse power right? No, i'm going by what i feel when I pushed his car full throttle before and after the install. Your right about the dyno and we should get one done. But when you dun have access to one you just have to work with what you got. If u have a better way to test, let me know.

Dyno, take it to the track, use a GTech...your feeling is completely subjective...though I do think that the V2 is grossly overrated and a horrible marketing scheme which too many are falling in to.

Unfortunately a company has a need to update their products, but there isn't much u can do to an already good intake such as the origional. They made this "awesome" V2 to get ppl interested again.

I see you have a 2001 Accord. If you look at the dynos for the original CAI and the v2, you'll notice that the hp numbers are nearly identical. If you look at the torque numbers for the CAI, you'll see that you actually lose torque in some parts. Compare this with the torque dyno of the V2 and you'll see the difference.

well i know the V2 for the 6th gen I4 is way better than the original CAI. the original made u lose low end torque and the curve on it was all ****ed up...the V2 adds power thru the whole RPM range and the gains are better than the original.

Dyno with original AEM CAI-

Dyno with AEM V2-

Both are on 6th gen I4's...those are some messed up torque curves BTW!
