Default Failed emmissions - please help

Hi guys. I failed emmissions today(failed HC and NOX). I've posted scans of the information. Here's my deal. Car has 210k miles, been a long time since a tune up. I read over some of this stuff and thought I should do some of it. I got a plug set and fuel filter and will install this weekend. Air filter is old, its on the end of a CAI. Will get one of those too. Do I need EGR valve? PCV valve? Anything not listed? Timing? O2 sensor? Any tips greatly appreciated.

Im not really a pro at passing smog but from what i read you should change your oil the day before, run fuel injector in the gas tank, run you car hard before getting the smog check, and use sea foam or BG44K will help you pass the check.

Does your car give off really bad exhaust? A buddy of mine had the same problem with his 240sx, and all that it needed was o2 sensors.

Replaced the plugs(2 were drenched in oil) and the PCV valve, runs better already. O2 is $65 so Ill be doing that next payday. EGR valves are $350 at Autozone(woweee!) so I dont think Ill be doing that, unless I can verify its broken.

Has anyone used the Bosch O2 sensor? Does it work?

You might want to have your EGR Ports checked, they could be clogged up as well. Mine clogged up and I have a 97 EX ...

Solution to your NOX is probably cat. converter. I had failed NO on my Mitsubishi, replaced converter, it passed. Costed me 260(parts/labor).
