Replaced the plugs(2 were drenched in oil) and the PCV valve, runs better already. O2 is $65 so Ill be doing that next payday. EGR valves are $350 at Autozone(woweee!) so I dont think Ill be doing that, unless I can verify its broken.

Has anyone used the Bosch O2 sensor? Does it work?
