I'm guessing it would be the shocks for the uneven ride height. One is probably worse off than the other (unless you have some really heavy shiet on the right side of your car that we don't know about).

As for the sounds, probably hitting something down there. It should leave a mark so just check it out and have a friend push your car down for you while you watch where the suspension travels.

well then how come a whole bunch of people have the same problem with H&R Sports? I put brand new Bilsteins HD shocks on when I lowered mine.

hey guys...sorry for the late reply...the ride height is about even now..i guess it settled.....but the thump is worse now...every bump almost i hear it...they said i didnt need a camber kit when i got my car aligned...i heard ur not supposed to cut the bumpstops with the h&r's(i dont know if the guy did or not)..maybe its that...or it could be the springs hitting..i duno..im dealing with it..i got new shocks....kyb gr2(not the best at alllllll but better than my old ones)..still havent had time go look under there...so thinkin either the bumpstops or springs hitting...also how would i know if the bumpstops were cut by looking at it??...

Thanks for the replys guys...next time ill reply sooner...havent been around lately... peacee

KYB GR-2's are meant as factory replacements. Dont be surprised if they dont last too long w/ the H&R's? Did you ever get under there and find out whats hitting? Do it ya lazy bum!
