yep

being hit so many times.. i guess my only suggestion is goto a bodyshop that does NOT to insuranse claim stuff. It will cost more, but they do the best job.. ask you local hooptie owners with a candycoated paintjob where they got it done, because they do the good work.

the condition of all bodyshops in my city is very very poor. None of them has paint room(dust free room). i guess that's why i got so many fisheyes on the paint.

that seems to be the norm anymore, when my Mustang got tapped 3 years ago I took it to the dealer thinking they'd have a room.. WRONG. Infact they just got a booth and use it as a 'selling point' for getting body work done there. Kinda silly.

Sounds like they did a Maaco-job. 99% of a good paint job is prep work. Removing moldings, sanding, puttying, tacking etc. The easy part is spraying the paint on, any fool can do that. You're right about the dust free room tho, can't believe a body shop could be in business without one. I actually saw a shop that was painting some poor sap's bumper OUTSIDE... figure that one out!!
