you can use clay bar to take it out. Just buy that at any car auto supply.

the body shop did an ass job (which is typical). get on them hardcore and tell them next time... try using a TACK cloth before painting geez.
I had to get a bumper painted like 4 times once before the did it right once.. ended up in court.
