I replaced my distributor rotor, distributor cap, and plugs last week. Since then I have had a problem with my stereo. (See this post)

I did not know that the 96 Civic came with two different distributors, not physically two in the car, but two different types were used in the same year model. I guessed which cap and rotor I needed. The cap was easy to guess since only one of the two had the right bolt pattern. The rotor I guessed on.

Now my question is, obviously different rotors are used on the different distributors, but would one fit the other and vice versa? I just want to make sure I got the right one.
