i dont know if putting a stock replacement in if that will help. i was looking at a after market electric pump which is 350 $. i talked to this guy from BE COOL he said by changing the radiator the stock pump cant flow as good b/c it is made to flow with the smaller stock radiator.

Silly question here, have you tuned your car to the turbo? (i.e. timing and such)

that doesn't really have anything to do with overheating....

Yes, it does. If you don't have your car tuned for the turbo you can run lean. If you run lean, you run hot. Another problem is detonation (due to lean conditions, check your A/F ratio), I have seen some people that recommend retarding your timing to also help the whole lean condition situation. Though not all applications call for this tuning, I have heard of it being a problem. Don't take my word for it (what do I know right?). Check this site out:

Hope this helps--Air

it's not going to overheat your car that bad, if you run THAT lean you'll blow up your motor from detonation before it dies from overheating.

I ran my car on a fmu with shitty airfuel untuned for 6 months in the texas 100+ degree heat and then i tuned it with an AFC, it made no difference in overheating, i guarantee you it's something else.

It has to be the water pump. I'm going to replace mine soon and I'll let you guys know. If that doesn't help, I don't know what I'm going to do!
