Personally i would just ask for the cash for turbo or something that will be needed once you are turbocharged. Like a walbro fuel pump.

How about some good slicks so you can hook up at the track??
Do you have an intercooler and all the pipeing yet, or are you buying a kit. Also the BOV, maybe some higher flowing injectors, fuel pump and FPR to support your turbo kit. Nice big turbo back exhaust, custom turbo header............Its unlimited to what you can buy. Tell us what you have first
