The main advantage is that it comes honed for really good airflow, and the inlet is already ported to accept a bigger TB (i think 64mm and up?). So with a bigger TB, you could probably expect some significant gains after turbo.
You wont see much gains with the manifold unless making high 200 to 300whp. Waste of money imo. Also NA it wont make power unless an aggressive cam is used.
Personally i would just ask for the cash for turbo or something that will be needed once you are turbocharged. Like a walbro fuel pump.
