Default 5th Gen Window motors?

My driver side window motor is very weak, and sometimes doesn't roll up. I've disassembled the entire thing, and cleaned and regreased, and touched up what i could with everything. However it is still pretty slow.

If I go to a junk yard, and pickup a motor out of a passenger side door, will it wfit onto the drivers side. This is the smart option, if it works, because obviously the passengers side windows would get less frequent use in comparison to the drivers side window

are the drivers/passengers side window motors interchangable?

From my understanding, they are not interchangeable. The regulators are different, and my brother bought some '95 EX power window motors, so I'll take a look. I will try to verify if the motors are the same.

Did you check the helper spring in the regulator? That spring helps the motor push the window up. The spring is coiled like a snail.
