Help me out please...
I have a 95 civic, and I have a full bodykit thats made out of fiberglass(sucks), but anyways I was driving to work today and I went to park into a parking space when I freakin scraped the whole top of my front bumper againist the wall! This is the first time I've ever done this, so I get out and see how bad the damage is and I see that the corner of the bumper right next to the right headlight is soo messed up, like all the primer, and whatever was on it is all off and all I see is like the cotton looking stuff, I could stick my finger through it if I wanted to because that's how thin it is now. But anyways, my question is what should I do to fix this problem, my kit isnt painting yet or anything, (taking it in next week), so I want it to look good before they paint over it.
P.S. People have been telling me to go to Wal-Mart and buy a fiberglass repair kit...does wal-mart really sell that stuff?

yeah go get fiberglass and start repairing.
anything with fiberglass get's stronger when you repair it.
that's just how it is with fiberglasss kits..
they have no give to them.. they break easy.... gotta be gentle, and you gotta be willing to work with fiberglass.
lay fiberglass on the front and back. you gotta sand down the primer where you are gonna lay the fiberglass down. after you lay down the fiberglass sand it smooth. use like 2 layers of fiberglass then put bondo on top of it, and smooth it out, keep going up in grit and finally should be smooth.
make first layer of fiberglass out of matt, and then use cloth for the second layer.
2 layers front and 2 layers behind.
