Installed injectors HOLY CRAP!
The injectors I was using in my DX motored CX were CX injectors. The DX ones looked trashed, so I didn't use them. The CX injectors were the wrong ones. I cleaned the DX injectors up myself using the process in the link at the beginning of this thread, and it worked great. Then I installed them, and it fixed the last thing wrong with my car from the swap. They're nearly impossible to tell apart, and a lot of vendors sell the same injector for either model, but they are indeed different flow rates. What they are, I don't know. But they work.
I actually have a CAI already ($36), I was trying to make a point that the D15B7 can be had to swap a CX with for free, and that it offers better gains than a CAI would on a CX. The only thing you need to do the swap is an ECU, 4-wire o2 sensor, and add 3 wires to your existing harness. Of course, a VX tach is a nice addition.
