ok guys, i did the paperclip thing and my code is a 24, i had two longs and four shorts. the only prob is that there is no code 24 on that site. any info on code 24?

ok, i went and looked at it again. and i think the pause after the first blink is longer the the one after the second blink. so i think it may be a 1 and a 14. which means my O2 sensor isnt working (oh well), and my idle air cotrol sensor is either defective or telling me i have a prob. my idle is set at like 500 rpms, its alittle low so that may be the prob. if not, what will i have to do to fix this IAC problem?

 

IAC probolem would make your car idle surge between like 500-1500 RPM, if its not just try to ajust the the throttle, o2 sensors are expensive so thats gonna suck, unless its just a lose wire or something

 

well, do i really need the 02 sensor?, i also have a hole in the very begining of my cat, about two to three inches from the 02 sensor, would that cause anything?

 

faulty O2 will give you shitty gas mileage.

 

that may be why i am burnin gas like no other. well that sucks. thanx alot for all the info guys.
