It means that the sensor is either unplugged or defective.

nothing wrong with my engine though, i dont get why its even on there then.

Well... Most people just replace the distrib. I haven't seen the individual sensor for sale before, but you might want to call honda.

Right around 300 for a new one. You might be able to find a used one somewhere for about half that.

at honda i paid $103 for dis coil, cap, rotor, and o ring. yeah its expensive.
