I have Suspension Techniques sway bars and I don't have any complaints. Neuspeed, progressive, ebiach are also a good brands to go with. Tanabe also offers a sway bar setup, but I think will run you more than most.
Nopi has good prices, but you could check out www.jcwsportcompact.com
www.summitracing.com www.optionsauto.com Maybe www.darksol.com has some good prices.
What model sol do you have? If you have an S or Si then you will need to buy the VTEC control arms for the rear. The S and Si lower control arms don't have a mount on them for a rear sway bar. Just VTEC models. I think you can also buy GSR lower control arms, but not complete sure about that.
