I give it props as far as bang for buck, but it's still a neon. Ugly IMO but really quick for the money. Regardless, your an idiot. It would cost you at least 3 or 4k at least to get a stock SOHC civic as fast as the neon reliably. Now you throw in a DOHC motor and you can slap another 2k or so on so your looking at 5k on top of the sticker price of a new civic just to beat a stock SRT-4? Make sense to you? Now slap a turbo kit on a new SI and were in business but you'll still spend much more than he spent just to be about even.

Mid 12's with a GSR motor and basic turbo? I don't think so. I had the greddy kit and it blew loads compared to my custom kit. No way mid 12's on a stock GSR with a bolt-on turbo kit.

Don't know about them having crappy tires. Mich. Pilot Sport, 205/50ZR - 17 series. Are these crap? If so, they are rather expensive crap in my book.



I think the problem that some consider is that those sticky tires are mounted on 6" wide wheels. Now, that's crap, no doubt!
