Do you have any track times since you've tuned? How much did it cost for that tuning/dyno time?

no track times yet, i just dynoed yesterday. I ran a 14.1 @ 99 on 8 psi with my crappy fmu setup, i'm sure i gained about 10 whp with the afc hack over the fmu untuned and then another 10 whp and 13 torque after i tuned my afc hack. The topend feels way stronger, especially top of 3rd where it was lacking before.

I have a dead cat convertor it rattles like there are loose bb's in it so that may be part of the equation. I'm going to go get inspected this weekend and put a test pipe on afterwards, it should help and in the winter or with race gas i should be able to run it on 10 psi and redyno but as for now i don't have that much room to work with.

EDIT: Stock wheels, cheap radials, full interior (even the spare), stock suspension, and stock clutch. (No other mods)

weather, elevation, 60 foot times all have a ton to do with your time.

I had a really bad 60 foot (2.367) which is why i only ran a 14.1 @ 99.XX, each track varies. I'd be glad to race you on the street anyday, apexi bb turbo is far superior to the greddy 15G

thanks, i eat n/a b series cars alive unless they are in some crazy gutted hatch with skunk 2 everything

I used to put 2-3 on bolton GSR's with just 5.5 psi unintercooled, i don't even bother racing most civic SI's anymore. Although....i did try and mess with a black civic SI today, i got in front of it and then knew i was in trouble when i saw the huge spearco FMIC. Turns out he was @ 250 whp on 13 psi with the greddy kit

Nice numbers Jkan2001. You still running without an FMIC? Your numbers will only climb then. I've heard nothing about the XS MBC so I can help ya there. Still mad props that's some nice numbers.

I will have a boosted 5.0L one day, twin tubro V8....YUM

no i have a custom 30X6X2 inch FMIC with custom piping, i'm pretty much at the limit till i can hold 10 psi with either race gas or colder weather.

I know someone with a stock JDM gs-r swap in a vx that just has AEM intake, exhaust, and an XS ecm. He'd give you a run for your money with 14.0@100 mph.
