I dynoed with them, made 168.xx hp and 118.xx ft/lbs tq (sorry, left the papers in my car)....not bad, a stock gt-s gets about 151-153 hp to the wheels.

 

how are the mbc? i was worried about getting one due to issues of boost spiking with them...

 

nice numbers...love the torque number most of all..thats alot...from stock..its a LOT.

 

 

the mbc spiking really depends on your turbo and wastegate setup

the reason the torque is so high is that the boost starts off at 10psi and slowly drops to 8 at the end where the peak hp number is. so virtually the torque is at 10psi and the hp rating there is at 8psi and the 9 psi numbers are inbetween

 

I wouldn't use a MBC ... that's just me though

 

yeah i just read an article about the profec b greddy elect boost controller and it seems like a great product cuz it can affect boost control throughout the whole rpm range, and can help spool the turbo faster somehow?
