Best way to make your car faster in that situation is launch out in front then make the shift to second then when he really lays into the gas on the Jeep turn in front of him and lock the brakes.
He will total your car and you can claim it on insurance and buy a faster car with the money....then beat him

There's nothing you can do to make your car faster, it's a HONDA CIVIC with 86 whp and hardly any torque. :dunno:
If you can't put mods on, what do you think that we will be able to tell you to do to beat him? I really don't have anything else... I just keep shaking my head... :doh:
