Otherwise, try this.
Stage 1) Remove your passenger seat, rear seats, and spare tire. Go on a diet a week before the race and be sure to take a huge dump the morning of the race.
Stage 2) Remove your entire exhaust system including the cat, or you can just run an "open header". Make sure you put these things on right after you run, else you'll die from sitting at a stoplight for too long.
