how doyou expect to go faster if you can't put anything on your car. it's just gonna miraculously go faster all of a sudden by not putting anything on it? yeah. :jerkit:

wow...this thread was a total waste of the 30 seconds it took for me to read it. If you want to be faster, either buy a fast car (Civics are not fast) or get some Nitrous

 

If you're on a serious budget both money-wise and time-wise, and just want a one-time, let's-end-this-ridiculous-thing-now-and-forever win over Mr. Jeep, I recommend borrowing someone's nitrous kit for a day, just a 50 shot or something small enough to push past the Jeep. Don't go crazy. You can uninstall it the same day and never have to worry about it again...

On the other hand, it'd be much wiser to just forget the whole thing and laugh as the Jeep guy gets his ass handed to him in the future by some guy who doesn't have a stock Civic DX.

You got to be ****ing kidding me, if your driving a automatic then you need to do this, start off in D1, then when you get high rev goto D2, then when you get high rev goto D3, then when your tranny breaks, sell your car because your a ****in idiot who cant drive, i have a stock ****in DX with only an intake and exhaust and before that i could spank a jeep, and some saturns and your tellin me you cant even beat a ****in truck!!!! I don't know... a Wrangler with 4.0L H.O. engine could beat a DX Civic, and so could a Cherokee or Grand Cherokee with the same engine. We don't know if the Civic is a coupe or sedan, or auto or stick... all those could make a difference.

 

you have a stock dx with intake and exhaust??? i have a civic OBVIOUSLY and a jeep cherokee i will race you for ANY amount of money... you OBVIOUSLY have no idea what you are talking about... it is a factual statement that a jeep can beat most of the slower stock civics... ive seen it and done it...

 

Alot of people cant beat my truck. I have a 03 f150 harley davidson supercharged V8. 400hp and 502tq. You'd be suprised. I'm not sure if my H22a Vtec can beat my truck.
