Pedal travel greatly reduced allready. On order, steel lines, aem pads, slotted disc.

The MC will help in the amount of fluid pressure moved to the bigger brakes. Since you are putting in bigger brakes, it is recommended that you get a bigger MC to accomodate them.

Doing an Integra brake swap which bolts on to the EG Civic upgrades you to rear discs, and bigger rotors and calipers. Doing so cuts down the braking distance dramatically especially when you plan or have a bigger and faster motor in the car.
my friend also did a gsr swap and when we compared civic EX calipers and rotors they were the same size as the GSR's

just some info

To the best of my knowledge, the calipers and rotors are the same size. The GSR pistons are bigger.

Larger pistons in the calipers means more fluid is displaced. With the same size MC, the MC piston needs to travel a greater distance to displace that extra fluid (more pedal travel). With a larger MC, more fluid is displaced in less distance so pedal travel is reduced HTH

i sure hope you are putting in polyurethane bushings since you are doing all this work!

anyways. would a 92 si have a 40/40 proportionate valve? i've got stock rear disc brakes and i picked up a 1" gsr mc/booster for $35 a while back so I'm gonna be reflaring/bending my lines.

i always planned to just use my stock proportionate valve.

Anyone elaborate for me?

yes...I believe the Si has the 40/40. You can double check yourself by looking at the valve yourself. It should be stamped 4040 on the side.
