Well they use H3 also I believe, so I guess they would be like H3 driving lights. Why does it matter, though, you hardly ever use high beams.

as far as i know from my previous two sets


H3 low beam

H1 high beam


basically the same bulb....but different light projection. low beams are projectors and high beams are reflected

the way I c it.. if you say h1 output sucks, well i might be using the highs more... to compensate... ya know

they are both the same...just projected differently.


..running just the inners (high beams) look awkward.

yeah the h1s do suck but for me i like it better than stock lights. just dont forget to run the wire harness that came with the lights or you will short something out and cause a fire.

of course I would use the harness that came with the lights.... how else could you hoook up them up?

plug and play...u dont need the harness

how is that so? the regular harness is one connector you need two for projectors...?!?

unplug your stock lights...the connector should be a 2 prong plug... plug that into your projectors.


harness is only used if you want to run both hi and low beam at the same time.

i dont recommend you doing it without the harness you could burn something up really quickly
