Sorry for you.I'd see if you could get another sensor from someone that you know for sure works and try it. If you still throw the code, you have a mechanical problem with the engine or that sensor may not be connected to the ECU correctly.

I'm guessing that you never wired it up when you did the swap. The CKF plugs are different from D to B series. You need to match up the plugs; I used a D series plug on the engine and plugged it into the harness. You can use a B plug on the harness though if you want.

Hello guys... I'm having the same problem with my swap. I've installed the B16A2 from a Del sol into my 97 Civic DX. Where on the engine can I find the connector for this sensor?? Maybe some pics? Where is this sensor on the engine? I would really appreciate the help.
