Ouch, that's a bad code to have cause you have to basically perform the hardest part of a timing belt change just to get to the sensor. Sorry for you.

I'd see if you could get another sensor from someone that you know for sure works and try it. If you still throw the code, you have a mechanical problem with the engine or that sensor may not be connected to the ECU correctly.
