Default Suspension Stuff

So I want to buy some new suspension stuff. I've got Neuspeed Race springs right now but I'm thinking about switching to Ground Controls, with out believing the hype how easy are they to adjust, also custom spring rates, should get them?

Shocks, Koni yellows hands down.

Tie Bars, I've already got the Skunk2 Lower Rear Arm Bar which I really like. Now for upper rear tie bar I have no clue, suggestions?
Front upper, I'm going with the Carbring 3-point bar.
Front lower, no idea at all, suggestions?
I'm also going to get the J's Racing C-Piller bar and do Bret's DIY Trunk bar.

Give me all comments and suggestions on the above. Also any suggestions on stuff I should add.

I have ground control coilovers w/ koni yellows. Hands down the best suspension combo for the $$$ ever. I have a '92 hatch and got 400lb springs all around, it kicks ass in autocross, and rides pretty decent. (the GCs are pretty easy to adjust, just need an allen wrench)

as for strut bars... I have neuspeed front upper and lower and rear lower (used to have rear upper too). The front lower is one solid peice of aluminum, so its really stiff and easy to fit. The front upper was a cinch, and the rear lower was kinda a pain (but mostly due to rusted honda bolts). I'm very happy with this setup. The car feels quite a bit sturdier than stock, and the slolom transitions are much improved.

I have the same setup also and they are really nice. Hardly any body roll, really nice.

I've heard that Neuspeed isn't the greastest but I love my race springs.

Is the front bar nice and beefy?

I don't know what would give you that impression. Neuspeed products are very well developed and produced (in germany, for what thats worth), and generally have a pretty good rep.

anyways, the front lower is a solid billet piece. Its pretty beefy, but also pretty light, since its aluminum. Its solid as hell, nothing will make it flex. Inspyral's selling one in the for sale forum if youre looking for one.

im runnin gsr rate skunk2s with koni yellows. excellent setup. also got the skunk2 rear lower tie bar and gsr upper front strut. plannin to ditch the gsr in favor of a itr and for the upper rear, a skunk2.

for the front lower front, u can use the stock gsr bar or get the benen one.

i dunno whats the hype with the cabring bar? :dunno: bolts to the filmsy firewall, oooh wow big deal. just my opinion.

Thanks guys. I think I'm going to add some Benen pieces while I'm at it. Such as there X-Member Brace and there storng bar.

However I not sure what somethings are such as their platform and frame brace?
