My friend has two 1st gen civics:

A wagon w/ZC eng.+Zex kit=13's,

A hatch(convertible) with a honda city turbo motor at 17 pounds of boost=13's

He also has a 86 caravan with a 3.3ltr and supercharged.

i know of a guy around here with a 95 civic ex coupe...looks 100% stock from the outside. he has an ls motor with a jackson charger+10lb pulley upgrade. some guy with a type-r was talking sh*t about civics one day, so he followed him and beat the crap outta him on the highway. also...no ac, interior, steelies, si muffler w/o the little plastic silver cover thingy....it's quite a sleeper.

well actually they used to work together.. he isn't at 24psi.. but it is a b18c5 block bored and sleeved to 1956cc displacement and mounted up with a cermaic bb turbo.. he is right around 400whp... its a 95 integra gsr completey stock on the outside exc a type r wing...
