thats what i would do FIRST. since you just did the swap and all, not everything is in its correct place. but, if you still have the alt. out, might as well go get it checked at the store for free...GL tomorrow. let us know.:thumbup:

Definitely check the alternator, if not that.. than I'm 99% sure it's the alternator ground. Took me a few weeks to figure out that problem. Good luck!

ok... this is gonna make me sound retarded but the problem was really simple. The hot wire coming out of the harness was mistaken and thought to be a ground wire. That wire happened to be the wire that send power to the alternator. My dumbass just assumed it was to be grounded. Anyway, i fixed the problem and got the car running great just in time to make it out to the courts and see my little brother's hockey game lol.

good job...dont worry im sure alot of people wire something wrong w/ doing a motor swap. it was your first time. no biggie :thumbup:
