What are the differences between B18a, and B18b? Can I do an LS-VTEC on either one? What are the stock hp/torque numbers for each motor?

b18a comes from the 90-91 rs, ls, gs integra motors 130hp, and 121 lbs-ft

b18b are found on the latest integras (not RSX) not GSR nor type-R 140HP, and 124lbs-ft

Ls-vtec can be done on either motor.

Default 3 simple questions

here are my questions:

1) what is the stock exhaust piping diameters on a 2000 EX?

2) what is the diameter of the stock steering wheel? cuz i'm thinking about replacing it with sparco.

3) how to remove the stock steering wheel with the srs in tack?

4) are the aftermarket steering wheel illegal if pulled over by five-0? i live in cali... so if someone has some answers that would be great.

I think the 1993 Civic Exs started getting VTEC motors. Could be wrong.
