high rpms, oversized wheels/tires and heavy, not utilizing proper shifts point (refer to owners manual, i get 36mpg in my EX part due to those shift points), more city use than highway or no highway use... prolly more just tired lol

i believe my 93 is OBDI rite? so I have to look for my codes... its an AT (), stock tires, stock everythign except for i/e and the spark plugs are gapped to factor .040 inches in fact, i got better gas milelage with the NGKs originally that were so out of gap (.060) and i got better gas milage then...?

oh an auto.. what kind of mileage do you get? do you downshift often and accelerate quickly often? it is really easy to do both without thinking too much in an auto.. i rarely downshift unless i am slowing.. cause of the work... that helps to keep my speed down anyways and follow slow traffic

Is your thermostat still good? I know mine just went bad on me, and until my engine warms up, I get about 20mpg... After it warms up, I get about 32...

thermostat replaced a little more than 2 years ago.. (something like that) it was bad before but now its good.

i'll reset the ECU when i get the chance... maybe the ECU adjusted to the increased gap of the plugs? i dunno. i dunno how smart the ECU is....
