Default 00 Civic EX Sucking gas

For some reason my car is only getting 200 miles on a full tank of gas. I have changed the oil and oil filter every 3000 miles, I have also changed the spark plugs to NGK. I have an AEM CAI and an exhaust. Both of the local dealerships dont know what the problem is. Plus my car has been having problems starting lately. There are only 35,600 some miles on my car. Any help would be great. :werd:

Do you know what the problem is?

Im debating on either going the route of new:
fuel injectors
fuel pressure regulater
fuel rail
and other related fuel items

or Im thinking about saving up and buying either a b16a or b18c1 maybe a b18c5.

I generally run to about 3 to 3.5 then shift. I heard that honda had a recall on some ingitions or something like that. Could that be somewhat of the problem of my car having problems starting everynow and then?

I have had the same problem with my 98 ex. I don't know why it does, but I only get about 200 miles per tank.

Wow. That sucks. I usually get about 20 MPG driving to work and cruising.
