It can be many, many things. It's hard to diagnose. A bad map sensor can be the culprit, but then I think you'd get a check engine light.
What octane you running? A D16 only needs regular unleaded. Unless you're forced induction/high compression, high octane is a waste. I read that it may affect gas mileage but you can't believe all you read. I rhyme :chuckles:

Well im running regular unleaded. I had a check engine light then my local honda dealership said the code that came on came on when the car was off, which is impossible. Since it came on with no reason how they just reset the computer so now there is no engine code. (I had another dealership check the engine code)
Figure out your MPG. I get about the same amount of miles to a tank. I figure out my MPG everytime I fill up, normal driving (for me anyways) gets around 24mpg for mixed driving. If I have a lot of highway miles it goes way up. I remember one time I went out to the desert and back one night, 160miles, and gas gauge was still a little above the halfway mark. But once I put some city miles on it it balanced out and I turned out getting 28-29mpg for the whole tank.
