TokyoRacer, you dont need water wetter, you're in the bay area.
Hell, you dont even need a 50/50 mix.

I run a 50/50 mix of Prestone with Distilled Water -- and no water wetter. It doesnt even get close to freezing here, so theres no need to use it.(water wetter)

If you are worried about removing more heat, do a 60-water/40-prestone mix. That'll do more than 1 bottle of water wetter


and use mtf

Water Wetter promotes the dissipation of heat by allowing the water/coolant mixture to absorb more heat from the engine. It helps the engine run cooler. It has nothing to do with whether the temperature gets down to freezing or not.
