Default Suspension setup civic

Hi all,
I'm ready to take out my old suspension and am looking to replace it. I'm willing to spend a grand give or take a few hundred.
First off, my friends ahve reccomended the Tein SS suspension kit, you guys have any personal experience with the setup or do you know if it's good?Or, is there another kit you'd suggest?

Either set up will be suffice for a good street setup. Both the Ground Control/Koni Sport and the TEIN SS kit are height and dampening adjustable. The Ground Control/Koni setup may be a little cheaper than the TEIN.

:bowdown:Tein

Dont have any experience with the particular kit, but I have Tein Flex coilovers right now and I can tell you that for a street setup, they're superb. I've also had Tein springs with KYBs. Very good ride quality and adjustability.

Right now, I'm using Tein springs with KYB AGX's and I love the way it feels and handles. I've had this setup since last summer. But this summer I plan on getting the SS coilovers that you're considering or the flex kit. Haven't quite decided yet.

koni yellow + custom GC's > most setups anywhere near the price range.
